Be part of a dynamic, growth-driven, and digital-first team with strong international backing. Main Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance. Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency. Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Represent the department and uphold high standards of customer service and brand image. Support agents during complex deals with hands-on sales and closing strategies. Participate actively in negotiations and deal closures. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of sales agents, offering input on recruitment needs and performance. Requirements 5 years’ experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele. Proven ability to manage a team of 10 international sales agents. Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus). Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator. Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused, with a problem-solving mindset. Highly organized and flexible with working hours. Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, especially with high-demand clients.
