We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. ✅ Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries. Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation. Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET . Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within a Kubernetes environment. Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring. Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence. Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. Key Requirements iGaming experience is a must . 5 years of experience in C# / .NET software development . Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor. Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design . Solid experience working in a Kubernetes environment. Experience with Kafka , GCP or Azure , and distributed cache systems (e.g., Redis). Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
