Business Development Director

The Green Recruitment Recruitment Company is in the search of a Business Development Director with experience in B2B energy sales to work in a leading IA American Company to be based in Europe. The company is expanding its European commercial team and is looking for a candidate with experience in utilities or large retailers sales. Responsibilities: Lead consultative, high-value sales processes with major utilities & retail clients. Identify client needs and co-create tailored energy intelligence solutions. Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams (locally and globally). Represent the company at meetings, conferences & industry events across Europe. Qualifications: 5 years in B2B consultative sales (SaaS, AI, data, or energy tech preferred). Experience selling into utilities and/or retail enterprises. Flexibility to travel regularly across Europe. Experience selling into utilities and/or retail enterprises. Fluency in English. Spanish, Italian, or French preffered. High autonomy, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
