Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities Lead from the front : Drive shift performance across key KPIsquality, volume, efficiency, and safety. Champion safety and process adherence : Maintain the highest standards while ensuring smooth daily operations. Own improvements : Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. Coach and develop your team : Support operatives through regular feedback, one-to-ones, and performance management. Communicate effectively : Ensure the team is aligned on goals, updates, and shift plans through regular briefings. Manage the flow : Oversee intra-shift operations, resolve disruptions, and allocate resources smartly. Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with internal teamsHR, L&D, Health & Safety, eComm, Retail, and moreto meet and exceed targets. Warehouse Supervisor key skills / experience: 3 years experience in warehousing operations (D2C preferred). 2 years experience leading and developing teams in a warehouse setting. Strong working knowledge of WMS systems and process-level change. Proven ability to foster a safety-first culture and drive high standards.
