Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel *Includes estimated wage of $20 - $25hr & non-taxable travel benefits if eligible* o 26 Week Contract o Shift: 8a-5p or very similar – NO weekends/OnCall o Experience: 1 years of experience – Required o License/Certification (one of the following):  Physical Therapist in State of Employment Required (CO)  Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact (NLC)  BLS (AHA) – Required
