Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel *Includes estimated wage of $20 - $25hr & non-taxable travel benefits if eligible* 5 Month Contract Monday - Thursday / 4x10 hour Day shifts - 7A-5:30p o Experience: 1 years of experience - Required - Outpatient o License/Certification (one of the following): Physical Therapist in State of Employment Required (CO) Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact (NLC) o BLS – Required
