The position Lead commissioning (Cx) and retro-commissioning (RCx) projects from planning through execution. Develop documentation and templates for systems testing and evaluations. Conduct and lead functional performance testing of complex mechanical and electrical systems. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot deficiencies, and recommend optimized solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems meet design intent and client expectations. Provide technical support for HVAC design, controls, and TAB (testing, adjusting, and balancing) efforts. Drive commissioning schedules and coordinate acceptance testing efforts. Could this role be for you? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical field experience). 3-5 years of experience commissioning large commercial projects. Strong understanding of HVAC and building automation systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated project management and leadership abilities. Desire to pursue certifications in commissioning, controls, or TAB. EIT or PE license preferred; TAB and controls expertise a strong plus. Travel – up to 50% Why apply?
