Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Conduct legal research and analysis to support senior attorneys in case preparation. Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in case strategy development and client consultations. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision. Review and analyze legal documents and evidence. Maintain client files and case documentation in accordance with firm protocols. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates. Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends. Assist in business development activities, including client relationship management and networking.
