Job Description Job Description Personal Injury Associate Location: Washington, DC Job Type: Full-time Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate with our client's Law Firm located in Washington, DC. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Other duties include drafting pleadings, motions, and other related legal documents, along with negotiating settlements and maintaining clear communication with clients. The role requires collaboration with other legal staff and staying updated with current laws and regulations. Qualifications · Excellent Research and Analytical skills · Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents · Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills · Ability to Negotiate and Advocate on behalf of clients · Knowledge in various areas of law relevant to our firm's work · Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC · Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
