What You'll Do As an Associate Attorney at Client., you will play a key role in advocating for our clients and handling complex civil litigation matters from inception to resolution. Your responsibilities will include: Case Management & Litigation Handle civil litigation cases, including contract disputes, business litigation, construction law, and trade secret matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and argue motions in court. Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and case updates. Trial Preparation & Court Appearances Assist in trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, witness outlines, and exhibit lists. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Strategic Legal Analysis & Client Counseling Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on litigation risks and case strategy. Analyze case law and develop innovative legal arguments to advocate for client interests. Who You Are We're looking for an attorney who is not only experienced but also passionate about litigation and dedicated to achieving the best results for clients. The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation (law firm experience preferred). Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances. Excellent verbal advocacy and negotiation skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Illinois Bar admission and in good standing. Why Join Us?
