Service Technician - Double Pay Weekends

Job Description Lift Solutions is Hiring Service Technicians Rowley, MA | Cleveland, OH Service Technician Benefits: $30 - $40 per hour based on technician experience Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401K with company match Life insurance (100% paid by employer) Paid holidays Paid time off is available on the date of hire Service Technician company vehicle provided Technician uniforms provided Consistent 40 - 50-hour technician work week Double time is paid on Saturdays and Sundays Service Technician Mentoring Program Service Technician Training Program Service Technician Requirements: At least 3 years of troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment is required Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits Previous overhead crane and scissor lift experience is required Valid driver's license and clean driving record, background checks, and drug screen Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations. Perform OSHA equivalent inspections, documenting and completing warranty work, and troubleshooting breakdowns. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls. Support customers by effectively interfacing with customers and the office in repairing equipment as needed. Perform electrical and /or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings. Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklists. Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas. Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.
