Job Description Product Owner/Agile Champion Responsibilities • Serving as a member of Cyber Data Science team that creates data driven products using Data Science, Machine learning, Statistics and services for Information Security and IT Risk customers • Mature the Data Science operating model which will support the unique nature of Data Science use case life cycle and allows for seamless integration with other data engineering/product development functions in Cyber Analytics organization • Drive product vision, strategy, development and execution of current and new Data Science initiatives • Work cross functionally with data science, data engineering, web engineering, design and security hunters/operations • Communicate product vision, requirements, constraints and releases to stakeholders and leaders • Break down large use cases into milestones, make trade-off decisions and get buy-in from all stakeholders • Prioritize and maintain the feature/sprint backlog with the Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team • Define metrics to track use case objectives and key results • Facilitate scrum meetings to monitor the progress of a release and conduct roadshows with customers • Put people over process and come up with creative solutions to increase the team efficiency Qualifications/Required Skills • 6 years of experience in related field including product management and product development • Proven track record managing complex products with multiple stakeholders • Exposure to software development lifecycle, “being agile” and DevOps culture • Expert in using project management tools like JIRA etc. • Experience in the Information Security or IT risk domain is preferred • Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or statistics is preferred • Knowledge of AI-enabled product/technology trends • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field required
