Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency, developing individualized IEPs to support students. Provide direct therapy, track progress, and modify interventions based on student outcomes. Work with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective communication supports. Perform screenings, document results, and contribute to team meetings for holistic planning. Support student advocacy, offer resources to staff, and stay current with professional learning.
