Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney with a focus on personal injury law to join our dynamic team in Washington, District of Columbia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for litigation and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation. You will handle cases throughout various stages of pre-litigation and litigation, ensuring thorough and effective management. Responsibilities: • Draft settlement demands and complaints to represent clients effectively. • Prepare and respond to discovery requests in alignment with case strategies. • Conduct and defend depositions to gather and protect critical evidence. • Collaborate on trial preparation and actively participate in trial proceedings. • Manage cases across different phases of litigation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Advocate for clients in personal injury matters, maintaining strong communication and negotiation skills. • Research and analyze legal issues to develop persuasive arguments. • Maintain adherence to ethical standards in all legal practices.• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation or a related legal field. • Proficiency in civil litigation processes and complaint handling. • Strong skills in drafting legal documents, including briefs and discovery. • Experience with personal injury law, particularly representing plaintiffs. • Ability to take and defend depositions effectively. • Exceptional legal research and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships. • Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington, District of Columbia.
