We are looking for a dedicated Long Term Care Registered Nurse in Danville, IL. The ideal Long Term Care Registered Nurse (Long Term Care RN) will possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a deep commitment to providing compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the ongoing health needs of residents, many of whom may have chronic conditions or disabilities. Your duties will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing support with daily living activities. You will also collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and families to ensure comprehensive and continuous care. Your ability to build trusting relationships with residents, offer emotional support, and maintain accurate and detailed documentation will be essential in promoting a high quality of life for those in your care.
