Job Description Job Description Description - The Service Coordinator supports operational efficiency within the branch location by providing administrative assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through - Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, maintaining electronic and paper records, logs, and files related to branch operations - Create, track, and enter documentation, such as service agreements and expenses related to service calls into Enterprise Planning System (ERP) - Respond to customer and vendor requests and inquiries by phone and e-mail - Generate, distribute, and track customer invoices and credit memos - Assist with collecting unpaid invoices from customers - Serve as backup to service manager in the scheduling and dispatching of field service jobs - Manage record requests for audits and other inquires - Serve as backup for customers parts requests - Other tasks as needed or assigned Skills erp system, Customer service, Dispatching, Data entry, Microsoft office, Administrative support, Service Top Skills Details erp system,Customer service,Dispatching Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of a two-year degree or three years of relevant experience as listed below • Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role and one year of experience providing customer service in a customer facing role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $66560.00/yr. - Direct Hire, full benefits - Yearly reviews - Company laptop, credit card, and cell phone provided Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Pelham,AL.
