Travel Nurse RN - PCU - $2,089 per week in Roanoke, VA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Highly skilled and experienced License: Active license required Certifications: COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical/religious exemptions only Must-Have: Willingness to float if needed Description: PCU RN needed for a general medicine unit with a fast-paced environment and high acuity level of care. Nurses are expected to maintain a patient ratio of 5:1. Nurses must display flexibility and adaptability in their duties. Must work at least one holiday per season, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s. Nurses are required to complete orientation and training modules, amounting to 24 hours, within the first 24 hours of starting. Prior experience with systems is preferred, and basic proficiency with medical software is required.
