Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user hardware and software issues. Provide recommendations as required. Ability to search and understand articles to troubleshoot customer issues. Maintain self-control while defusing stressful customer situations. Collaborate technically with other groups as needed. Prioritize skills to maximize effectiveness in problem-solving. Work efficiently within a dynamic and demanding work environment.
