Job Description The Superintendent - North of Boston - Design Build will be responsible for: Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and material deliveries Maintain daily logs, monitor job progress, and provide consistent reporting to project management Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and cleanliness in accordance with company standards Schedule and conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project schedule, RFI responses, and change orders Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field before they affect schedule or budget Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors and the client's representatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
