Job Description Senior Superintendent - Large Scale Ground Up - $225k - Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities at the Whitman MA Middle School ($92M) and the Easton MA Police/Fire Station ($105M). Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Manage and supervise field operations, including scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and workforce management. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Lead site meetings and maintain consistent communication with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. The Successful Applicant Senior Superintendent - Large Scale Ground Up - $225k - Will have 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale ground-up and renovation projects. Experience managing public/academic/K-12 projects is highly preferred, but not required. Strong background in overseeing projects with values of $50M. Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software. An Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required. Ability to commute to Whitman, MA and Easton, MA regularly. Open to candidates with diverse project backgrounds, though preference is for candidates with experience in public sector or academic projects.
