Job Description Job Description HR Assistant (4-Month Temp) – Bellevue, WA Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid: 3 days in office) Pay: $24-26/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Contract Length: 4 months, covering leave coverage Job Description: A mid-sized healthcare organization in Bellevue is seeking an HR Assistant to support their People & Culture team. This position will focus on onboarding, file management, and compliance, and is ideal for someone early in their HR career looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative HR department. Responsibilities: Prepare new hire packets, initiate background checks, and schedule orientations Maintain employee files and upload documents into the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) Assist with internal audits and compliance tracking Respond to general employee questions regarding policies and benefits Support recruiting coordination during peak hiring periods Qualifications: At least 6 months of HR, recruiting, or office admin experience Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (preferred) High attention to confidentiality and accuracy Strong follow-through and time management skills Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Darian Tang Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
