Job Description Job Description An AM Law 50 firm is seeking a 2nd to 4th year associate attorney to join its Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team in the New York office. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team advising leading companies on complex cybersecurity and privacy matters. Key aspects of the role include: Advising clients on major cybersecurity incidents and investigations Counseling on regulatory compliance and cybersecurity best practices Supporting technology transactions, mergers, and acquisitions Advising cybersecurity companies on threat intelligence and security research Ideal candidates will have: 2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience Background in incident response or cybersecurity counseling Experience in a state or federal government agency is a plus Salary range is 235000 to 310000 based on class year, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses.
