Job Description Job Description A boutique litigation defense firm with a national client base is looking for a mid-level Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience in general liability or product liability to join its team. Responsibilities: Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Counsel clients on liability matters and ensure compliance with regulations Handle pre-trial proceedings, hearings, and negotiations Conduct legal research and help develop litigation strategies Support mediation and settlement efforts Stay up to date on developments in liability law J.D. from an accredited law school Bar admission in NJ & NY or NJ & PA required 4–6 years of general liability litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Team player with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
