The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to handle complex legal matters. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including matters related to no-fault and personal injury protection (PIP). • Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents. • Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients. • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials to advocate on behalf of clients. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case management and successful outcomes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. • Negotiate settlements when appropriate to achieve favorable results for clients. • Effectively manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation. • Strong knowledge of no-fault and personal injury protection (PIP) laws. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously. • Admission to the state bar and in good standing. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
