You'll support construction crews by providing hands-on help with landscape and hardscape installation, loading and unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean job site. This is an entry-to-mid-level role with opportunities to grow into crew leadership for those who show dedication, skill, and drive. Key Responsibilities: Assist with landscape and hardscape installs, including digging, planting, grading, and prepping areas Clean up work sites and keep them organized and safe Load, unload, and move materials (soil, gravel, lumber, plants, etc.) Operate hand tools and basic equipment (shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors) Support crew leads and skilled tradespeople as needed Follow verbal directions, safety protocols, and company procedures Help maintain equipment and tools May receive training to operate machinery (e.g., skid steers, saws, trenchers) Perform other tasks as assigned WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Must be able to operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, mini skid steer, racked loader , chop saws etc Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work well on a team Some experience in landscaping, construction, or general labor preferred Fluent Spanish and/or English is a plus Must be able to lift 80 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record preferred Benefits: Competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Career growth with a growing company Work on high-end, meaningful projects in beautiful coastal neighborhoods Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts, occasional weekend work depending on project timeline Work Location: Pacific Palisades, CA, and surrounding areas, with travel to the project site required Equal Employment Opportunity: Pali Coast LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
