This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water treatment systems across a variety of commercial projects. While previous experience in water treatment or a related field is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who brings strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial water treatment systems Monitor and test water quality to ensure system efficiency and compliance Maintain records of system performance and maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and installation instructions Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of water systems Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure job specifications are met Follow safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor Qualifications: 2 years experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific systems and procedures Strong problem-solving and technical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining accurate documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Benefits: Medical Insurance Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days Profit Sharing Opportunities Weekly or Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Tech Package: Company-provided smartphone or tablet Company Vehicle / Car Allowance / Mileage Reimbursement Career Advancement Opportunities Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
