Salary: $50,000-$145,000, depending on experience Full Job Description Crosby Plumbing, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager with a strong background in public works and commercial plumbing projects. This role requires proficiency in project coordination, subcontractor management, budgeting, and document control using software like Bluebeam. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage multiple commercial/public work plumbing projects simultaneously. Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, and procurement of materials. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. Lead pre-construction planning and collaborate on estimating and bidding efforts. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolve on-site issues and respond to unforeseen challenges with minimal disruption. Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and daily field reports. Ensure all installations meet or exceed local codes and project specifications. Collaborate with the accounting team on invoicing, billing, and change order management. Conduct project closeouts and post-project evaluations. Qualifications: 5 years of experience managing commercial/ public work plumbing projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping layouts, and mechanical schematics. Proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish. Proficient in Bluebeam, and other project management software Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and plumbing code requirements. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
