QA R&D Training Specialist

On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a QA R&D Training Specialist . The selected candidate will be responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors e-learning platform, optimizing training programs and operational workflows to strengthen staff competencies and ensure compliance with requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Key responsibilities include : System administration Support to international affiliates Delivery of quality-related training Maintenance of training documentation Monitoring of training-related KPIs Preparation for inspections and collaboration within the QA R&D team to harmonize processes across the Group companies Requirements : Previous experience as SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in Quality System management GxP-related training Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office electronic document management systems e.g., eDMS) Fluent English , both written and spoken J-18808-Ljbffr
