In this role, you will work closely with a Director on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims while independently managing your own caseload of approximately 40 lower-value and less complex cases. These will span a wide range of clinical negligence matters. Your responsibilities will cover the full life cycle of a clinical negligence claim—from initial assessment and evidence gathering through to compliance with pre-action protocols, issuing proceedings and managing litigation through to trial.
