Technical Analyst

TXT Ennova is looking for 2 Technical Functional Analysts to work for an important client in Milan: one with 1-2 years of experience in the role and the other with at least 3 years’ experience and a more managerial role. Both resources must possess a good attitude to teamwork, autonomy in managing time and tasks. Main responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing user requirements to transform them into technical functional specifications for development vendors. Testing new features for reporting issues before they are submitted to UAT. Analyzing and resolving blocking problems on applications. Required skills: Knowledge of SQL Server or MongoDB. Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Familiarity with testing processes. Knowledge of the business context of corporate welfare and Flexible benefits is a plus. Education: Degree in technical/informatics or related subjects, or a diploma with relevant experience.
