Marketing & Business Data Analyst

We are looking for of a Marketing and Business Data Analyst, whose analytical prowess will illuminate strategic pathways and shape visionary decision-making. Responsibilities Develop and communicate a strategic vision for leveraging data to drive business objectives and innovation. Lead the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and customers dynamics. Analise large set of data with the aim of producing actionable insights; Create analysis and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets. Develop custom data models, algorithms and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and support business decisions. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics. Drive market research activities (e.g. market sizing, competition, customers segmentation). Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance. Support the implementation of processes to collect, organize and manage data through DB. Support the adoption of Business Intelligence tools and CRM. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science. At least 2-3 years of work experience. Background in similar positions is a plus. Fluency in English. Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and good PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Python, VBA and / or other programming languages. Understanding and utilization of CRM tools and Marketing Automation. Problem solving skills and analytical mindset. Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
