In this role, you will design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across a diverse stack of platforms and services. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and developers to automate workflows, streamline operations, and enhance our systems with scalable, reliable integrations. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms using tools such as Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar low-code/no-code automation platforms. Develop and maintain custom Python scripts and applications for advanced integration and automation needs. Work with RESTful APIs to connect services, perform data transfers, and implement custom API interactions. Deploy and manage applications on Render and integrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. Design and maintain databases, primarily using Airtable, PostgreSQL, or similar DBMS, to support integration processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs, define technical requirements, and implement solutions. Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, ensuring robust logging and alerting. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in integration technologies and AI platforms and explore their potential to improve automation and decision-making within our systems. We’re looking for someone who must have Strong hands-on experience in IT and software development, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration in both local and global contexts. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication across global teams. Proven experience in Python programming, especially for scripting and automation. Hands-on experience working with Postman on REST APIs for third-party integrations. Strong experience with integration platforms such as Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar tools. Working knowledge of Render, GitHub, and CI/CD practices. Proficient in PostgreSQL or other relational database management systems. Familiarity with AI platforms and agents (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. It would be nice if you have Exposure to Microsoft 365 Power Platform Project management certification or designation Familiarity with agile project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle A background in DevOps or system administration is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services and modern deployment practices. Experience with version control, automated testing, and agile development methodologies. Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
