We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of energy efficiency projects across Italy. You will play a key role in ensuring the operability and profitability of assets, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to implement, coordinate, and optimise technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct energy audits across various sites (retail outlets, logistics warehouses, food processing industries, etc.). • Analyse energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy savings. • Develop and design energy efficiency projects, including basic engineering, budgeting, and ROI calculations. • Source, qualify, and negotiate with service providers, managing procurement and contractual agreements. • Oversee project execution, coordinating with site management and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and expected performance levels. • Support the development of operational procedures and methodologies in collaboration with internal teams. • Engage with clients and service providers to ensure alignment and project success. Your Profile: • Engineering background or equivalent technical qualifications. • 3 to 6 years of experience in Project Management within industrial services, engineering, energy auditing, energy services, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and key measures for various energy vectors, particularly in commercial & industrial refrigeration. • Advantageous: Established network of clients or project references that could generate new business opportunities. • Advantageous: Strong relationships with equipment providers, engineering firms, and installers. • Bonus: Experience in both engineering design and project execution.
