Use your hands-on mentality to get things done. Work directly with customers on the product, present changes, and perform tests throughout the process. Identify and understand client requirements and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with engineers. Develop a deep understanding of consumer expectations to explore new products and features, translating this into UX flow alongside designers. Lead the success of a product and guide our cross-functional team (designers and engineers) responsible for building it. About you : You have 2-3 years of experience in product management. Preferably, you have experience in digital design (Adobe XD, Figma, etc.) and a basic understanding of coding. You possess strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders. You can establish frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts, considering the best interests of all stakeholders. You are open to innovative approaches, breaking barriers, and aiming for creative design solutions. You think beyond customer needs to provide the best experience. Fluent in both English and German.
