As Area Talent Acquisition Manager - Southern Europe at Belmond, you are part of a team that attracts brilliant talent to our portfolio of luxury hotels and corporate offices in Milan. Working with iconic properties such as Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Hotel Splendido in Portofino, and the Grand Hotel Time in Taormina, you will recruit for a variety of roles and partner with the senior management team and the Global Talent Acquisition team. What you will do Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe. Be an Employer Brand Champion, attracting top talent and influencing hiring trends, while implementing best practices to activate our new EVP. Create initiatives to support volume hiring, such as pipelining, career fairs, and EVP activation. Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions. Identify and maintain relationships with external partners, including education, industry, and the LVMH group, to attract diverse talent. Measure key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire. What you will bring Talent Acquisition or Recruitment specialist with proven experience in recruiting for multiple roles, ideally in a multisite environment. Experience in activating Employer Brand initiatives and understanding of best practices. Social media and technology savvy. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the Belmond brand to external stakeholders. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial. Strong influencing skills, capable of partnering with senior leaders across hotels and corporate functions. Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or other multisite organizations is advantageous.
