Business Intern – Finance & Commercial Support

Department: Finance & Sales Duration: 6 months (Full time), potential for long-term hiring Reports to: Head of Finance About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated intern to join our team and provide hands-on support across both the Finance and Commercial departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in key business operations while contributing to meaningful projects that support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Finance Support Assist with invoice follow-ups and payment collection processes. Help monitor and track internal operational expenses. Support internal purchasing activities, including commercial operations and business travel. Assist in preparing regular financial reports and dashboards. Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations for internal stakeholders. Commercial Support Assist in scheduling and coordinating commercial meetings and client appointments. Support lead generation efforts and business development initiatives. Track and report on commercial team activities and follow up on key actions. Distribute and manage up-to-date commercial price lists. Help monitor and report on commercial KPIs and performance metrics. Profile We Are Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and business tools (PowerPoint, CRM platforms, etc.). Good communication skills and team spirit. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and [add local language if relevant].
