Your new role AsGroup Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financialmanagement of the business, leading a team and ensuring accurate financialreporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. You will providefinancial leadership, manage group consolidation, and drive operationalefficiencies across departments. Key Responsibilities: Statutory & Group Financial Reporting – Lead thepreparation of statutory accounts and group financial statements, ensuringcompliance with IFRS/UK GAAP. Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee thepreparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. Strategic Financial Planning – Provide financial insights to supportbusiness growth and investment decisions. Process & Systems Improvement – Drive efficiencyimprovements in financial processes and reporting. Cash Flow & Treasury Management – Ensure strong cash flowforecasting and liquidity planning. Leadership & Team Management – Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and career development. Management of Transactional Finance Team – Oversee transactionalfinance functions, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable,and financial reconciliations. What you'll need to succeed ✅ Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP. ✅ Proven experience in statutory and group financial reporting. ✅ Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial strategy. ✅ Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance team. ✅ Expertise in financial systems and process improvement.
