About the Role: We're working with a well-established new opening. A busy, high-end restaurant and bar that's already building a loyal following. Theyre looking for a Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead a team of 7, covering all guest communications and booking operations. Its a fast-paced, high-volume venue where service standards really matter. Youll be responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest is looked after properly, and the team is sharp, focused, and on point. Youll also be working closely with the senior team on VIPs, table plans, guest care, and events. So confidence, organisation, and people skills are key.
