Head Bartender Music Venue Farringdon

Based in Farringdon EC1 our client a high-end new concept music venue and cocktail bar is looking for a Head Bartender. The Head Bartender will work for a late-night listening bar. The operation will bring together the highest quality sound system, and in-depth musical programming that spans different genres and acts will take place daily. We're seeking a Head Bartender with experience who understands our concept; minimalistic presentation, seasonal menu, product-forward approach. The venue is open 6 days a week from 5PM to 12AM on weekdays and 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal Head Bartender salary is £34,000 per year, 45 working hours per week and 2 days off, immediate start.
