Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and take orders with a friendly and confident manner Know the menu and ingredients to guide guests and make recommendations Communicate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service Handle payments accurately and professionally Keep the floor clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times Supervise service on the floor or at the pass Support training and shift planning Be the go-to for floor decisions in absence of management Support management with admin, stock, and compliance Qualities We Love: Confident communicator and decision-maker Great under pressure, strong with people Thinks ahead and spots issues before they arise AMRT1_UKCT
