HEAD OF CRO - LONDON UP TO £75,000 THE COMPANY We are working with a boutique marketing consultancy on a key Head of CRO hire. THE ROLE The successful Head of CRO responsibilities will include: Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to maximise conversion rates for client campaigns and platforms Lead a team of CRO specialists in conducting in-depth analyses of user behaviour, funnel performance, and A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to integrate CRO insights into ongoing campaigns and website optimisations Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other relevant platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Head of CRO will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment Expertise in A/B testing methodologies, UX/UI principles, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
