The Role As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety are met at all times. You will lead a small, dedicated team, nurture strong relationships with families, and ensure the nursery remains a magical place for children to explore, grow, and thrive.
