Head of Business Analysis – Transformation - Retail / Hospitality Sector Hybrid (3 days in London office) Salary £90,000 to £100,000 depending on experience ( excellent Bonus and Bens) Location: London | Contract: Permanent | Team Leadership Role Are you a strategic Business Analysis leader ready to shape change in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join a well-known, multi-site brand at the heart of a major transformation journey. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a small, high-performing team of Business Analysts and play a hands-on role in solving complex business challenges and propositions - always keeping customers and front-line teams front and centre. Working across operations, strategy, digital, technology, and commercial, you’ll identify pain points, shape practical solutions, and help drive a multi-year growth programme. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, is deeply embedded in the operational rhythm, and has a track record of influencing strategic change through insight-led decision-making. You will be comfortable working closely with exec's, facilitating conversations and shaping Business strategy. If you're passionate about transformation, experienced in leading BA functions, and ready to make a real impact—this could be your next big move. Preferences : You will have Retail &/or Hospitality sector experience (or similar customer focussed businesses). You will have managed other Business Analysts in a 'Head Of' / 'BA Manager' / 'Principal' level role previously. You will have worked on Transformation(s).
