Service Manager -(CQC) Learning Disabilities Hours : Full-time Salary: £31,500 per annum (DOE) Location: Rochdale An excellent Domiciliary Care Provider is currently looking for a Service Manager to join them on a f ull-time permanent basis . This role reports directly to the Deputy/Registered Manager. About the company: They specialise in supporting individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, complex behaviours that challenge, and those who require a high level of support and personal care. Within this role you'll need previous experience in the following: At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care Hands-on experience in managing a domiciliary care service Track record of managing and motivating an effective team Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards Ideally you'll need: Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism Full UK Driving License The duties of this role would include but are not limited to : Managing and Supervising Support Workers Individual Care Plans: Regularly update and review care plans Risk Assessments Managing Compliance and Audits Benefits : Salary: £31,500 per year Comprehensive Training Full time hours Company pension Free parking Excellent Bonus and progression opportunities The provider are able to offer a competitive salary of £31,500 per annum (DOE) with a generous annual leave package, a group pension, parking-on site and many more!
