Job Opportunity: Maternity Cover - Dental Practice Manager Location: Radlett Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: Maternity Cover (12 months) Start Date: June 2025 Hours: 4-5 days per week Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a confident and capable leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave at our friendly and well-established dental practice, starting in June 2025 . About the Role: You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing compliance, and supporting the team. You'll need to be well-organised, proactive, and able to lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the practice Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes Ensuring full CQC and regulatory compliance Handling budgets, stock control, and financial reporting Delivering an excellent patient experience Supporting marketing and practice development initiatives What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential) Strong understanding of CQC, GDPR, and health & safety compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure What We Offer: Competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 (based on experience) Supportive and welcoming team Flexible working: 4 or 5 days per week Well-run practice with strong systems and support in place A great opportunity to lead and make a meaningful impact ??
