This could be the ideal opportunity. The Firm Our client is a well-established, boutique commercial law firm located in the heart of historic York. Known for its high-quality legal work, personal client service, and collaborative culture, the firm is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking a confident and capable solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. The Role As a key member of the property team, you will handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters including: Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, etc.) Development work and site acquisitions Property finance and investment transactions Corporate support on real estate elements You will work closely with a loyal client base of SMEs, investors, developers, and landlords, as well as new clients attracted through the firm’s strong local reputation and repeat business.
