Turkish-Speaking Support Worker Required We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Support Worker who is fluent in Turkish to assist a client whose first language is Turkish and requires support in their native language. This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010. Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life? What You'll Be Doing: Supporting daily routines and personal tasks Encouraging independence and skill-building Offering emotional support and friendly companionship Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team What We're Looking For: A Turkish-speaking Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with brain injuries A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team Why Join Us?
