A respected regional firm is seeking a dedicated fee earner to join its busy conveyancing team. The Role: As part of the firm’s thriving property department, you will guide clients through key transactions with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day duties will include: Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build properties. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep transactions on track. Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care. Ensuring files are managed efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory require­ments. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files independently. Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision. A client-focused mindset and strong communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting. A positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic. Some exposure to light commercial conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
