Motor Fraud Paralegal – Birmingham (remote) - £32,000 DOE Bonus Excellent Benefits My client is a leading firm in defending motor claims and is looking to recruit a Motor Fraud Paralegal to join their growing Casualty Fraud Team in Birmingham. The Role: You’ll manage your own litigated caseload of fast-track and multi-track files involving suspected fraud that will cover Exaggerated and fabricated claims Staged accidents and organised fraud Substituted injury and falsified accident circumstances You may also gain exposure to related areas such as: Motor claims Housing disrepair Property damage Highways litigation What’s on Offer: Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE performance-based bonus Remote role with only one day per quarter in the office 25 days annual leave (plus option to buy an extra week) Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Private medical and dental insurance Plus many more benefits About You: Previous experience handling or assisting on a motor claims caseload Exposure to fraud cases is ideal, but not essential Litigation experience For a confidential chat, please get in touch. 0121 272 7371
