Commercial Lawyer (2–4 PQE) | Global Tech Leader | Hybrid (Midlands) This world-wide leading technology powerhouse is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across strategic, high-value technology and outsourcing deals that are shaping digital transformation on a global scale. The Role: You’ll be trusted to lead on key IT services transactions, support commercial and contractual delivery, and guide stakeholders through complex deal lifecycles. The role also includes strategic input on distressed accounts, pre-litigation commercial disputes, and mentoring within the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead negotiations on major IT services contracts Manage live agreements and contractual performance Provide input on contract resets, rebaselining, and issue resolution Support training, know-how, and innovation initiatives within Legal Essential Skills: UK qualified solicitor (2–4 PQE) with experience in commercial contracts and/or IT/outsourcing deals from a top law firm Strong grasp of commercial risk, stakeholder management, and financial acumen Confident negotiator with a solutions-focused, collaborative style Exposure to complex project delivery and/or distressed matters is a plus Why Apply?
